Thank you for shopping with HartLuck. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Final

All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except in cases of confirmed product defects or shipping errors. This includes change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hartluck.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided.

3. Vendor-Fulfilled & Drop-Shipped Products

Some HartLuck items ship directly from manufacturer or vendor warehouses. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, except for verified defects.

4. Made-to-Order Items

Certain parts and apparel are built or finished to order. Made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Packages sent to HartLuck or any vendor warehouse without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender.

6. Limitation of Liability

HartLuck’s responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or store credit (if applicable). We are not liable for installation labor, downtime, or consequential damages.
